I fell into the Personal Development industry approximately 2.5 years ago (things always happen for a reason) at which time I was offered to do a number of programs promoted by a personal and professional development company I had been offered a marketing position with. I gained a huge amount from a variety of different trainers but the really life changing training that I undertook was with Chris Howard at Christopher Howard Events doing Breakthrough to Success, and then on to do the NLP Results (Level 1).

Up until 6 months ago I was working full-time for other companies always having the dream to start my own Marketing Consultancy but never taking the leap from full-time employment. A good friend spoke to me before I started NLP Results and said that my whole life would change after that training. So off I went, in July 2004, to complete my training and I put some huge goals in my future that all related back to my business being created, having a strong client base by February 2005 and having more time to develop a family with my new husband. I came out of that training with invaluable life and business tools, and the drive to start my own business.

3-4 months later I had resigned from my full-time position and had 2 clients that had been referred to me from my network that had built over the years. Now, I have 5 different large clients with a client base that continues to grow through referrals. I am loving the variety and control I have over my career and time, always being offered opportunities and challenging roles that push my limits.
