What does being an Affiliate mean? As an Affiliate you receive:
Fantastic! So, who can I refer as guests? Well, you can’t refer yourself. But please refer friends, family, colleagues, work-mates, customers and clients who you believe would benefit from the program. We ask you to act with integrity at all times when promoting Christopher Howard Events programs. Please only refer people who intend to fully participate and affect change within themselves and their lives. As long as your guest is not already on our database (i.e. they have not already been referred by another Affiliate), you are automatically listed as their “Affiliate” and any cash rewards that come from their attendance will come back to you. People can only ever have one Christopher Howard Events Affiliate - once their Affiliate is assigned it never changes. How long will I be the Affiliate for my Guests? In a word: forever. When someone who isn’t already on our database enrols in Breakthrough to Success as your guest, you are assigned as their Affiliate. You remain their Affiliate forever, even if they are invited to Breakthrough to Success by another Affiliate in the future. This system rewards our Affiliates for taking action to invite their guests to Breakthrough to Success before anyone else does. How can people attend Breakthrough to Success as my guest? Please be aware of and abide by our zero tolerance Anti-Spam Policy when promoting Breakthrough to Success. I have heard that before 5 March 2007, you rewarded referrals in Training Pounds instead of cash rewards? Yes, the Affiliate program (formerly known as the Champion program) first started on February 7th, 2005 and benefits began from that date. Before 5 March 2007, our Silver Champions could receive Training Pounds at the rate of 20% of the training fee paid (inc VAT) on registered referrals. From 5 March 2007 to the 7th August 2008, all of our Affiliates receive cash rewards instead of Training Pound. From 8th August all of our Affiliates receive 15% of the training fee in Training Pounds. You can accumulate Training Pounds and apply these to the courses you wish to attend. If you have completed all the Christopher Howard courses that you wish to attend, you now have the option of claiming 5% cash (ex VAT) for referrals. How do the two rewards work together? Until 5 March 2010, all Affiliates who have accrued Training Pounds may use them to pay for their enrolments for future Christopher Howard Events trainings: 1 Training Pound = a £1 discount on the training. You may pay for your enrolments with any mix of Training Pounds and cash, up to 100% Training Pounds. Training Pounds can be transferred to someone else. If you would like to request a transfer of your Training Pounds, please send a written note to Christopher Howard Events. For a training booked with some Training Pounds, cash rewards are earned only on the cash component of training fees paid (and not the part paid with Training Pounds). All Affiliates may redeem their surplus Training Pounds for cash rewards at the rate of 1 Training Pound = £0.303 cash (ex VAT). Did someone mention Hawaii? The Hawaiian Reward offered previously is not part of the new and updated Affiliate program. However, there is an opportunity to be eligible to win a FREE Billionaire Bootcamp tuition, 5 nights accommodation at the fabulous Fairmont Hotel and round trip economy class air travel or train from London, Manchester or Dublin. Your Responsibilities
Any breach of the program terms and conditions may result in the suspension of your Affiliate account with us. Persistent abuse or ongoing failure to correct a breach will result in termination of our Affiliate relationship. The Big Picture We created the Affiliate Program to provide an incentive for spreading the word about Christopher Howard and Breakthrough to Success to new audiences - people who aren’t yet involved. It clearly follows that we like to see our Affiliates promoting Breakthrough to Success in new markets, often alongside promotion for their own products and services. This will generate the greatest income for you from the Affiliate Program while expanding awareness of Chris Howard and our events – a win/win outcome. Attempting to “piggy back” on other people’s marketing efforts by, for example, registering Chris Howard-derivative domains or paying for Chris Howard-related search engine marketing is ultimately unproductive in terms of the financial results you’ll achieve from the Affiliate Program.
